    What is a Hybrid Course?

Hybrid courses are half way between a traditional - face to face - course and a fully online course. Our hybrid courses run for six weeks and meet face to face one time per week for 4 hours. They require 13.5 hours of directed, out-of-class, instructor-led individual or group projects. Some of this work may be delivered online through Blackboard Vista, one of MCLA's online course management tools. MCLA Hybrid students may need to follow specific, technical instructions, which are quite similar to our online students. You can find those guidelines at our Techhelp site.

Full course descriptions can be found on the courses page.
